3. Our Services

Our services are limited to physical installation of satellite radio and television hardware and equipment, routing of antennas and cables, setup assistance, and technical support for installed equipment. We do not sell satellite subscriptions or content. We do not negotiate or manage subscription accounts on behalf of providers.

4. Subscription and Service Notice

Satellite radio and TV subscriptions, service plans, and content are sold and managed exclusively by the satellite service providers. Customers must contact their satellite provider directly for subscription purchases, cancellations, billing disputes, content issues, or any provider-related matters. We cannot access, modify, or troubleshoot subscription accounts.

5. No Guarantee of Reception or Service

While we strive to provide excellent installation quality, we cannot guarantee satellite signal reception in all locations or conditions. Signal availability depends on the satellite provider's coverage, geographic obstructions, and equipment condition. Any reception issues related to provider network or coverage should be directed to your satellite service provider.
