About Our Company
Are you affiliated with SiriusXM or any satellite company?
No. We are a completely independent, third-party installation and service company. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by SiriusXM, Sirius, XM Radio, Pandora, DirecTV, DISH, or any other satellite radio or TV company. We help customers with hardware installation and setup, but all subscriptions must be purchased directly from your satellite provider.

Are you a franchise or chain?
No. We are an independently owned and operated local business. We are not part of any franchise, chain, or corporate installation network.
Installation Services
Can you install satellite radio in any car or truck?
In most cases, yes. We work with a wide range of vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and RVs. Some older or specialty vehicles may have limitations. Call us to discuss your specific vehicle and we'll let you know what options are available.
How long does a typical installation take?
Standard installations typically take 1โ3 hours depending on the vehicle type, dash configuration, and complexity of the install. More involved in-dash integrations or multi-unit setups may take longer. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you schedule.
Will installation damage my vehicle's interior?
No. We use professional installation techniques with proper tools to ensure no scratches, broken clips, or damage to your trim, dash, or interior. We take pride in clean, professional results.
Do I need to bring my vehicle to you, or do you come to me?

Activation & Subscriptions
Can you activate my satellite radio subscription?
We can assist you through the activation process and help you contact your satellite radio provider. However, the subscription itself must be purchased and managed directly through your satellite service provider (such as SiriusXM). We do not sell or manage subscriptions โ we are an installation and setup service only.
I already have a subscription โ can you help me set up my new receiver?
Absolutely. We can install your hardware and help you link your existing subscription to your new receiver. We'll walk you through the process of contacting your provider and getting everything transferred.
Can you transfer my subscription to a new vehicle?
We can assist with the transfer process. We handle the hardware side (removing and reinstalling your dock or equipment), and we'll help you contact your provider to update the subscription to your new vehicle's receiver.
Portable Unit Transfer
Can you move my portable satellite radio to my new car?
Yes โ this is one of our most common and popular services. We remove your existing dock from the old vehicle, install a proper dock and power solution in the new one, and make sure everything works cleanly. We also help you confirm that your subscription is linked to the same receiver.
Do I need to buy a new dock for my new vehicle?
It depends on the vehicle and your existing equipment. Some docks are universal; others are vehicle-specific. We can advise you on whether you need a new dock and help source the right one. Call us to discuss your specific unit and vehicle.
